The Packator Business-Account is the solution for simple postal and courier processing. No matter what you send, Packator will pick up everything free of charge and take care of the optimal shipping. All shipments including tracking, and billing information is clearly displayed in the dashboard. At the end of the month, there is a single invoice - divided into cost centers, project numbers, etc.

From postcards to Euro-pallets - from Express to Economy

We take care of all shipments. The appropriate dispatch route is selected according to the customer's specifications. Pickup will be free of charge within the agreed time frame. On request, Packator can also take care of packaging, commissioning, franking etc.

Availability

The city is full of couriers - but often one is not immediately available, because not all of them operate for the same courier service. Packator bundles the power of (almost) all local courier services and is therefore exceptionally fast and flexible. Customers have access to hundreds of couriers connected to the Packator network. Depending on capacity, availability and location, the shipment is forwarded to the most suitable courier. This saves resources, is environmentally friendly, and is cost effective.

Your contact and contractual partner for all shipments is always Packator. Our service team is available to answer any questions you may have, and you will only receive one invoice directly from Packator.

Transparency

Our engine directly calculates the binding, directly bookable price for the shipment. After booking, all updates to the shipment are made available online in the customer dashboard and important updates are sent directly to the customer.

The customer dashboard also shows the entire shipment and billing history. The business account is billed monthly, or else per shipment.

With a business account, data such as pick-up addresses, cost centers and contact persons can also be stored permanently, just like fixed and recurring pick-up dates.

Payments can be made conveniently by credit card, PayPal or on account.
